The RoboCupJunior Rescue mirrors the real life use of robots that rescue people from life-threatening situations. In RoboCupJunior rescue, robots need to complete the rescue mission by following a winding line or rooms to a designated area. On the way the robot could encounter obstacles, speed bumps, a ramp, etc. This whole process is timed. The mission of a rescue robot is to go though the obstacles and find victim(s) as quickly as it can.
